Responsible Gaming —
Take control for yourself
t bagi believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or anxiety. On this page you can learn how to set limits, recognise warning signs, and get help when you need it.
t bagi's commitment
Online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, but it stays enjoyable only when a player participates mindfully and in moderation. t bagi sees each of its members as a responsible player and provides a range of practical tools to support that approach.
Our About Us page explains in detail how t bagi maintains a safe and transparent environment. We believe that setting your budget and time limits before you play is the mark of a champion's mindset.
Remember: winning is not guaranteed, so never bet more out of fear of losing and never chase losses with bigger bets. Before each session, decide how much time and money you are willing to spend — and stick to those limits.
Our core commitments
- Anyone under 21 is blocked from creating an account.
- Players are given the option to set deposit and loss limits.
- Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
- Suspicious gaming behaviour is identified and support is provided.
- 24/7 live chat and email support is available in Bengali.
- Your personal information is kept secure — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Set your own limits
After logging in to t bagi, you can activate any of the tools below from your account settings. These help you keep your gaming measured and organised.
Deposit limit
Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; a request to increase it takes effect after 7 days.
Loss limit
Set a limit on how much you can lose over a given period. Once you reach the limit, betting will be temporarily paused until that period ends.
Session time limit
Decide in advance how long you will play in each session. When the time is up, a warning message will appear and you will be logged out automatically.
Cooling-off break
You can temporarily close your account for 1 to 30 days. During the break you cannot log in or deposit, but you can still withdraw.
Reality check
A pop-up appears every 30, 60, or 90 minutes to show how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in that session.
Permanent self-exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, apply to close your account permanently. This decision cannot be reversed.
Self-exclusion request
Fill in the form below and press the "Submit Request" button. Our support team will take the necessary action on your account within 24 hours and send you a confirmation by email.
Recognise the warning signs
If you notice any of the following in yourself or someone close to you, consider seeking help.
Spending beyond your budget
Using money meant for food, rent, or other essential expenses on gaming, or borrowing to play, is a serious warning sign.
Chasing losses
Placing bigger bets after a loss to try to recover what you lost — this usually leads to even greater losses.
Constant thoughts about gaming
If all you can think about is the next session — even while working, studying, or spending time with family — that is cause for concern.
Hiding it from family and friends
Concealing your gaming activity from family or close ones means you already sense it has become excessive.
Unable to stop
You keep deciding today is the last day, yet you start again the next day — this is a sign of losing control.
Emotional instability
Anger, depression, or anxiety when you lose — and brief relief when you win — this cycle has a negative effect on mental health.
Where to get help
Seeking help when you cannot cope alone is not weakness — it is a courageous step. The following resources are here for you.

Helpful information
Our FAQ page has detailed answers to questions about responsible gaming, which will help you make the right decisions.
Healthy gaming habits
Build a few simple habits to play for fun and enjoy it without causing harm:
- Set a fixed budget before each session — never spend more than that amount.
- Decide the maximum time you will play in advance and set a timer.
- Do not treat gaming as a source of income — it is entertainment, not a way to build wealth.
- Do not game when you are tired, emotionally distressed, or under the influence of alcohol.
- Take regular breaks — at least 10–15 minutes every hour is healthy.
- Prioritise spending time with family and friends, sports, and other hobbies.
- Track your monthly expenses — gaming spending should remain a small part of your total income.
